Founded and led by partners Federico Bianchi, Fabio Andreani, and Pietro Giotto Balzarotti, the architecture studio is distinguished by a rigorous and highly detail-oriented approach that informs every stage of the design process. All three partners are graduates of the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio in Switzerland, an internationally acclaimed institution recognized for its academic rigor and advanced architectural research.

The practice operates through two strategically positioned offices: its headquarters in Como, Italy, and a secondary office in Chiasso, Switzerland. This cross-border presence enables the studio to work fluidly between the two countries, addressing diverse regulatory frameworks while responding sensitively to local cultures, landscapes, and site-specific conditions.

The studio’s work encompasses a broad spectrum of architectural scales and typologies, ranging from interior design and private residences to large-scale residential developments, as well as hospitality and hotel projects. Each commission is approached through a bespoke design process, where precision and meticulous attention to detail play a central role. This method ensures that every architectural element satisfies both aesthetic intent and functional performance, resulting in cohesive, well-balanced projects.
