The project involves the comprehensive redevelopment of a residential estate in Tremezzina, overlooking Lake Como, composed of a main Villa, a Dépendance and an articulated system of outdoor spaces. The intervention aims to create a stronger architectural and landscape identity through the restoration of the existing buildings and a complete reorganisation of both interior and exterior spaces, establishing a new continuity between architecture, garden and landscape.
The Villa will undergo a complete interior renovation, including a new spatial layout and a bold contemporary redesign. Materials, furnishings, finishes and architectural details will be reinterpreted through a more distinctive design language, while preserving the elegance, sophistication and timeless character traditionally associated with Lake Como residences.
At the same time, the relationship with the outdoor areas will be enhanced, with particular attention to the terrace and the connections between the different levels of the property.

The Dépendance, currently in a deteriorated condition, will undergo a more extensive renovation. While preserving its existing volume, the project will completely redefine its interior spaces, vertical circulation, façades and finishes. Here too, a bold and contemporary design approach will create a strong visual connection with the Villa and contribute to a unified identity for the entire estate.
The project also extends to the landscape, introducing new paths, planting and natural materials to strengthen the relationship between the different buildings and the surrounding environment. Materials, colours and details are conceived as part of a coherent architectural language in which contemporary design and the identity of the place coexist. The elegance and distinctive style of Lake Como remain central to the project, reinterpreted through a more expressive and contemporary approach while preserving the unique character of the property.
