In the heart of Bormio, this 170 sqm apartment interprets contemporary mountain living through an essential design language, combining elegance, comfort, and authenticity.

The project revolves around a strong material contrast: the warmth of natural wood, which covers extensive vertical surfaces and defines the architectural volumes, dialogues with walls painted in a warm white tone, enhancing the brightness of the interiors and bringing balance to the entire space. A refined, neutral palette becomes the perfect backdrop for a welcoming and timeless home.

Subtle touches of colour gently interrupt the monochromatic atmosphere through carefully selected furnishings: sage green seating, textiles, decorative objects, and refined finishes introduce depth and vibrancy, warming the interiors without compromising their overall harmony.

The spatial layout has been carefully designed to ensure fluidity and functionality. The living area and dining space follow one another in a continuous, convivial sequence, while the separate kitchen provides an efficient and practical solution for everyday living.

Great attention has been dedicated to the design of bespoke furnishings, conceived as an integral part of the architecture. Each custom-made element has been designed to optimise space, enhance comfort, and naturally support the flow of the home. Storage, functionality, and aesthetics come together in solutions that elevate every room, offering a sophisticated living experience perfectly tailored to the needs of its inhabitants.

Authentic materials, handcrafted details, and meticulous design research come together to create a contemporary interior that reinterprets Alpine identity with simplicity, elegance, and refinement.
