Located in Como (CO), Italy, this apartment embodies a contemporary living concept based on the balance between design rigor and domestic comfort, combining essential spaces with warmer, more enveloping interiors.
The kitchen area is defined by a clean and minimalist aesthetic: white surfaces are paired with a black countertop and backsplash, creating a refined and controlled visual contrast.
Carefully designed white lighting enhances functionality while subtly emphasizing materials and volumes, resulting in a space that feels bright, orderly, and precisely detailed.
The living area introduces a richer and more sophisticated atmosphere, while maintaining a strong formal coherence with the rest of the apartment. Material textures, warm tones, and soft furnishings contribute to an inviting and comfortable environment, conceived for everyday living and social interaction. Custom elements and attention to detail reinforce the sense of a space that is both meticulously designed and deeply welcoming.
The apartment unfolds as a balanced dialogue between minimalism and material depth, where each room expresses its own character while remaining part of a cohesive architectural vision. The result is an elegant and understated home, where functionality, spatial quality, and comfort coexist seamlessly.
